Project Summary
This 1400 sqft residence was meticulously designed to reflect modern elegance and functionality. The layout includes three bedrooms, a living area, a family lounge, a dining space, a modular kitchen, and two washrooms, ensuring efficient space utilization and a luxurious feel. The use of MDF CNC cutting, golden flat bar bit, and premium lighting solutions further enhanced the aesthetics.
The kitchen area was integrated with HA’FELE hinges and drawer channels (Germany) for durability and convenience. The Nasir Glass, China Crystal Mirror, and Taiwan brand handles contributed to the refined and polished interior design. COB (spot) lighting and T-5 lighting were strategically placed to create a warm and inviting ambiance throughout the home.
