Project Summery
This spacious 3500 sqft duplex residence was designed to provide a harmonious blend of modern sophistication and functionality. The layout includes six bedrooms, a living area, a family lounge, a dining area, a modular kitchen, a duplex stair area, and a grand entrance, ensuring a well-balanced space for luxury and practicality. The use of premium materials like Indian marble, Malaysian wooden floors, and Nasir glass adds depth and richness to the interiors.
The custom-designed bathrooms feature Swish brand commodes and basins, while the kitchen is equipped with HA’FELE hardware for durability and efficiency. The residence is further enhanced by Tachi profile lighting, China crystal mirrors, and ART DNA electric switches, ensuring a contemporary and elegant atmosphere. The integration of China vertical roller blinds and high-quality fabrics complements the overall interior theme, making this home a masterpiece of modern design.
