Project Summary
This 1850 sqft residence was designed to maximize space efficiency while maintaining a luxurious and cozy ambiance. The layout includes three bedrooms, a living area, a family lounge, a dining space, a kitchen, and an elegant entrance, each reflecting a modern, minimalistic aesthetic. The use of Nasir Glass, China Crystal Mirror, and Taiwan brand handles added an elegant touch to the interior spaces.
The modular kitchen was fitted with HA’FELE hardware from Germany, ensuring durability and practicality. Garjan Plywood and HPL boards were used throughout the project to achieve a sleek, long-lasting finish. With the integration of COB (spot) lights and T-5 lighting, the interiors offer a warm, inviting atmosphere that complements the contemporary design.
